Urban mommies is a place where moms, new and experienced, can find new and unique adventures in and around the city of Pittsburgh. We welcome all moms with children under Kindergarten age to come and explore with us whether it's a private docent-led museum tour, a stroller-friendly tour of Heinz Field, or a workshop on babyproofing your home. All of our tours and events are private and expert-led so the moms can enjoy meeting and mingling with one another while learning something new …

… Most of our meet-ups are fun activities for our children such as trips to museums, play places and playgrounds. We also try to offer a mom's only event once in a while, as well as family events. We encourage members to participate in whichever meet-ups are interesting and convenient for them. This group is for moms (or dads, grandparents, caregivers, etc.) in the Pittsburgh East area that would like to form play groups and participate in other outings/activities with our children. We are a group of women who've come together to make friends for ourselves and our families. We schedule playdates for our kids, outings for our families, and moms' nights as well.
